Bizpoke
Designed the brand, website and banking platform for Bizpoke, so Nigerian businesses can hold, send and convert foreign currency in one place.
Brand identity, website and a multi-currency business banking platform for Bizpoke, built for Nigerian companies that trade abroad.
Bizpoke gives Nigerian businesses foreign corporate bank accounts, so they can hold US dollars, pay suppliers abroad and convert currency without the usual paperwork and delays.
Bizpoke came to us to take its product from Naira-only to foreign currency. We designed the Bizpoke brand, the waitlist website and the full product for web and mobile, and handed over a dev-ready file with a component library and colour tokens.
This case study walks through how we got there.

The challenge
Paying a supplier abroad shouldn’t take a week and a stack of paperwork.
For Nigerian businesses, getting dollars and moving them across borders means bank visits, documents and long waits. Bizpoke already had a Naira product. Version 3.0 had to add foreign accounts without making the product any harder to use.
Many currencies, one view
USD, NGN and more, each with its own balance and account details, side by side.
Compliance without friction
Corporate KYC and supporting documents are required, so they had to feel like part of the flow, not a wall.
Trust at every step
Fees, exchange rates and payment status had to be clear before and after every transfer.
Two sides to serve
Business owners and finance teams use the product, and Bizpoke’s own team verifies every company behind it.

Identity system
Four circles: one business, many accounts.
We built the identity around a simple mark: four equal circles that read as a set of accounts working together. Bizpoke Orange carries the brand and every primary action, set against deep ink and calm neutrals so balances stay the focus. Inter and Inter Display keep figures crisp at every size.

The website
A waitlist page that sells the product before launch.
The website had one job: explain foreign corporate accounts in seconds and collect sign-ups. We led with the outcome, showed the product early, then broke the offer into four features (USD accounts, expense management, transfers and currency conversion), with a waitlist form at the top and bottom of the page.

Information architecture
Before drawing screens, we mapped the whole product.
Bizpoke serves business owners, finance teams and its own operations staff. We mapped every area first, from onboarding and KYC to accounts, transfers and settings, so each journey had a clear home.

Mapping every flow
Then we designed every flow, step by step.
We designed more than 390 screens and states across web and mobile. Each flow was laid out on the canvas end to end, with every step, error and outcome, so developers could see exactly how the product behaves.

Designing for trust
Moving money means designing for what can go wrong.
Every transfer shows fees, the exchange rate and the amount received before you commit. Cross-border payments collect supporting documents up front, two-factor authentication protects sensitive changes, and every payment ends in a clear success, processing or failed state with a receipt.
Behind the scenes, an operations view lets the Bizpoke team review, approve or reject new companies.

Design system
A component library built for money.
Balance cards, account cards, charts, transaction tables, upload states and empty states live in one library, alongside colour tokens, a type scale, a full button set and a ⌘K command menu, so new features are assembled rather than redrawn.

Final product
One place to hold, send and track money.
Hold
USD, NGN and more, each with its own account details, opened in six guided steps.
Send
Pay saved beneficiaries abroad in four clear steps, with the rate and fees shown up front.
Track
Income, spending and every transaction across accounts at a glance, on desktop and mobile.
